A welcome arch erected at Huai Lua, between the towns of Kusuman and Sakon Nakhon, in anticipation of H.R.H. Prince Damrong Rajanubhab’s visit to Sakon Nakhon. Taken on January 14th, 1906, the photograph shows Luang Phisai Sitthikam, the governor of Sakon Nakhon, together with locals who had helped with the erection of the arch.
